Defective Items

 

We accept returns on items that arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

Custom Orders

 

Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes: Items with custom powder coating & Products fabricated with custom angles or dimensions or that have been cut to size. 

All custom orders are made to your specifications and are final upon confirmation of the order.

To initiate a return for a defective item, please email us at accounts@geelonghandrails.com with: Your order number, A description of the issue & Photos of the defective product
