Geelong Handrails manufactured and supplied custom stainless steel handrails for South Geelong Train Station as part of a major public transport infrastructure upgrade across two stations in the Geelong region.
The scope involved the fabrication of custom 42mm stainless steel pipe handrails with LED cut-outs for integrated lighting, supplied to the project's installing contractor. Across both South Geelong and Marshall Station combined, our team produced close to one kilometre of handrail — all delivered within an approximate two-month manufacturing window.
This project is a strong demonstration of our capacity to manufacture large commercial quantities of custom handrail systems to tight deadlines, working in partnership with contractors on high-profile public infrastructure projects.
